This recipe was the result of an experiment; what would happen if I added that last dribble of Caramel syrup that wasn’t enough to cover another dish of ice cream? They came out well. Try to find caramel or butterscotch that doesn’t have High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) in it (and post the brand and where you find if so, please) or use home made.
